California's artisan cheesemakers are producing some of the tastiest and most exciting cheeses in the country.
At the Cheesemaker Celebration, more than 20 of the Golden State's best artisan cheesemakers will gather to present and sample their delicious hard work and mingle with guests, at the historic Social Hall SF. The cheeses will be paired with local pickles, preserves, chocolate, and charcuterie as well as plenty of local beer, cider and wine to wash it all down.
While sipping and sampling, guests will enjoy the lively sounds of SF's renowned gypsy-jazz quartet Goucho.
This year's theme is "4x4" in honor of the SF Cheese Fest's fourth anniversary and the fact that California cheesemakers craft cheese with four distinct types of milk (cow, goat, sheep, and water buffalo).
